Naman
Oberoi.

I work at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and technology. I find meaning in turning messy data into clear decisions, and I'm just as comfortable in a spreadsheet as I am in a strategy discussion.

Turning data into
decisions that matter

I'm Naman, currently doing my MBA at IIM Bangalore (Class of 2027). Before this, I spent over three years in analytics and data science at PharmEasy, working across healthcare data, business analysis, and ML pipelines. Most recently I interned as an APM at Media.net in the ad tech space.

I like problems that sit at the edge of data and business. Whether it's a Python model, a product framework, or a whiteboard conversation, I find myself drawn to the full arc from raw data to a decision someone can act on. I'm also part of Sigma, the product management club at IIM Bangalore.

Outside of work and academics, I'm an explorer at heart. I keep myself active with fitness, travel whenever I can, enjoy good food, and have been getting into music lately. Always up for a new experience or a good conversation.

What people say

"
Naman is one of the best problem solvers I have seen at a fresher level. He is technically very sound. He has very strong basics in SQL and Python which helps him learn any new data science tool or technology very quickly. The six months I mentored him at PharmEasy during his internship is where he displayed skills of stakeholder handling and project management too, which is again very unique at his level of experience.
